ONLY CHILD is a line of simple, versatile, and unexpected basics produced under one small roof in Oakland, California. We believe that investing in yourself is a worthwhile pursuit and that clothing should be as hardworking you are. Our mission is to create simple, versatile pieces with a little bit of personality mixed in because basic pieces don't have to be boring. We only use natural fibers such as cotton, linen, silk, and wool because these are fabrics that we stand behind for their functionality, ease of wear, and limited environmental impact. Nothing gets made until you order it, making every item that we spend our time sewing something that we already know was carefully considered and loved. It’s a more meaningful experience for us and we hope that it is for you too.
