Yesterday, I emptied all my product from both Painted Tree KC locations. Painted tree was the first place I sold my products in person. It allowed me to grow my business and be able to do this full time. I was successful at both locations throughout my time there. We had a community of supporters from the workers, other small businesses and customers.
My thoughts and prayers are with all the workers and small businesses who suddenly lost their jobs and uncertain of their future and if they will even see a paycheck this month.
It was already in the works thankfully to be opening up in May at Zona Rosa with the Boutique Collective (next to the Buckle). I’m also looking at a few other spots in KC as well.
