Meet Sarah Gleba and her husband, Kevin, the dynamic duo behind two beloved sweet spots in Englewood: Arctic Alligator Creamery & Bakery and A Better Scoop Ice Cream Shop! Since 2019, they’ve been serving up small-batch ice cream made with fresh Florida dairy—no artificial colors or flavors here!

Sarah proudly shares, “All of our ice cream is truly made in-house. It’s small-batch, made with natural colors and flavors. For example, our mint chocolate chip is white because we ditched the green dye!” Plus, they source ingredients from local businesses whenever possible, creating a delicious community legacy one scoop at a time.

This is the final chapter for The Wild Thang Boutique! It has been an adventurous 4 years for sure! Moved in when they started construction to beautify Dearborn Street, experienced our first hurricane as Ian made his visit, turned around and experienced more with Helene/Milton… now creating my own hurricane as I close this business. Thank you for all the support and friendships that we made in these short 4 years. God isn’t done with me yet, but is closing this chapter. Visit often in this next month as we will have great deals coming!
