As we prepare for the Ennis Polka Festival, our menu is taking shape with incredible treats that promise to delight - 10 flavors of gourmet cookies, oatmeal cream pies, decadent chocolate cake and italian cream cake slices, almond croissants, lemon blueberry custard crumble buns, bacon cheddar & chive scones, and peach cobbler in a jar. What other sweet and savory creations would you love to see become a reality? We will be set up in front of Cactus Rae Designs at 204 W Knox in downtown Ennis Saturday and Sunday from 8:30am til 4:00pm.
