Sometimes we get so caught up in the chaos of life that we forget to look up.

Don’t miss the sunset.
Don’t miss the little moments.
Don’t miss what God is trying to show you in the middle of it all.

The sunset may only last a few minutes, but the reminder can stay with you a whole lot longer.

Earlier mornings. New routine. Coffee first, vitamins second… functioning eventually. ☕️

Here’s to packed lunches, school drop-offs, trying to remember everything, and pretending I totally have this whole routine thing under control.

Here’s your reminder that self-care and Jesus go together. 🤍

Some days it looks like quiet mornings with Jesus.
Some days it looks like chaos & worship music.
And some days it looks like a good cup of coffee, eye patches, and 10 minutes where nobody needs me. 😂☕️

Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish.
Resting doesn’t mean you’re lazy.
And pouring into yourself doesn’t mean you love your people any less.

Sometimes you just have to pause, let Jesus refill your cup, do your skincare, and remember that you’re worth taking care of too.

Because girl… we can’t pour from an empty cup.
Especially when the cup is coffee. 😂
