We base our selection on style, season, condition and brand. Please understand that our customers preferences must guide our selections. All items must be in high quality, like-new condition. Drop offs are by appointment only and not allowed the 1st-5th of each month.
*Oh baby will NOT accept anything with stains, rips, missing pieces or ANY ITEMS that smell of smoke/pets. ALL CLOTHING MUST be fre
shly laundered, if it is not, we will not go through your items.
*Clothing needs to be neatly folded. If it is wrinkled, we cannot put it out for sale. Remember…the better your items look, the better they will sell. Make them wanted by the buyers.
*Absolutely NO garbage bags will be accepted. Items need to be brought in flat bottomed shopping bags, a Rubbermaid style tub or equivalent sized box. Oh Baby allows TWO bags or ONE bin per drop off.
*If you chose to pick up items we do not select for consignment, you must do so within 7 days of dropping them off or they will be donated. WE DO NOT MAKE REMINDER PHONE CALLS. You receive 30% of the final selling price. Items we price $50 and above or are NEW with tags or any designer items will get you 50% of the selling price. Oh Baby may reduce the selling price at any time. Your merchandise may also be included in seasonal or clearance sales.
*Consignment period is 45 days. Furniture or large items are displayed for 30 days.
*If you do not pick up your unsold items within 7 days after your consignment period ends, they become property of Oh Baby. If you wish to pick up your items after they expire, you will be responsible to find them in the store.
*We do our best to safeguard your items however Oh Baby is not responsible for damage or loss. PAYMENT
It is your responsibility to check on your account. You can call the store during business hours or check your balance while shopping. We issue payment checks the 1st through the 5th of every month upon request, must be present to make request. We are closed Sundays/Mondays weekly and Holidays. We do not mail checks and will not reissue another check if you lose it.
*If you do not collect payment 6 months after your consignment drop off date, all money owed will be converted to store credit. After 1 year of no activity, any store credit will expire. You may use your store credit at any time in our store; if a balance is left over it will remain as store credit only. We now offer an additional 10% to your earnings if you chose to use it as store cash! Just remember it expires after one year.
