In all my years as a tailor, I thought I'd seen it all, but a button glued on with super glue is definitely one of the most memorable "repairs" I've ever come across. Unfortunately, the desire to "fix it quickly" often ends up creating a much bigger repair than simply sewing the button back on, which would have taken just a few minutes.
