Digital Garment Printer Technician (Part Time)
We’re hiring! We are in search of our next super star. We are a digital garment print and design studio specializing in organic children’s apparel and accessories. Our studio is location in a beautiful country barn in Essex, Vermont. We need a team member that is very detail oriented, organized and motivated to work hard to get orders printed in a timely manner while still upholding the highest quality. To thrive in this role, you’ll need an accurate, tech-savvy flare, and a strong will to work in a team-oriented, production environment.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Operate the DTG printer to customize garments and other products.
• Neatly fold, sort, and stack garments both before and after printing.
• Conduct quality control checks while sorting blank garments and inspecting printed goods. Inspect print quality to ensure high-quality, accurate prints.
• Prioritize order completion based on the due date, and execute DTG tasks including, reviewing work orders, and machine setup.
• Operate a heat press.
• Other general tasks as assigned which may include help in packing orders if necessary.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) / two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience in graphic design or garment printing preferred but not required. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop helpful.

Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail; time-management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
This is a fast-paced, physical position, meaning you must be able to stand, crouch, and lift objects and parcels throughout the day. You'll be on your feet and moving around and will need to lift boxes of up to 40 lbs from the ground.
