****WEATHER DELAY****
Today’s rain delayed set up, we won’t potentially be able to finish set up until noon on Thursday. We will not set up or sell in the rain, we will however stay open through Sunday if necessary to make up for lost time. We apologize for the inconvenience but it happens every year it seems and is out of our control.

We expect rain through noon on Thursday, we will begin removing tarps and completing set up as soon as we possibly can. Please expect a delay. We have a 6 car garage to unload and not enough tables to do so. We will likely continue putting out new items throughout the 3 days so plan on coming back to check out new items each day.

1/4 down will hold items for 2 hours before they are returned to the yard.
You will receive full refund on holds.

All items are sold as-is, where-is without guarantee, no returns, no exceptions. We do have outlets to test electrical items.

***We cannot sell early or give individual prices, you will have to come shop. We will not answer questions on here about measurements, prices, brands, titles etc., it gets too overwhelming.
Bring a bag or wagon to shop with.

***Parking will be different this year as there is commercial construction across the street in the field where we typically park, please be patient and kind as we will be doing our best to accommodate. There is a fire station on the road and therefore there will be NO on street parking to allow a clear path for emergency vehicles at all times.
