Long Post…but long tenure in Eureka Springs!Little over 12 years ago, my Dad had a debilitating stroke. He and my mom had retired and lived in Holliday Island, my grown family was in Webb City, Mo and I was working as a Library Assistant for the school district. My folks needed help so I resigned from my job and Magpie was soon born, April of 2016. We’ve celebrated many highs and lows over the 10 years. We have worked hard and enjoyed our time in this Fantastic community now’s time to be closer to family and grand babies, and start our next chapter in life. We were very blessed by our neighboring business LaGrange who bought Magpie and plan on continuing our long lasting example of a must visit in Eureka. While the name in will be different the store will remain with all the same vibe and even new wonderful items I know will be loved.Thank-You Eureka Springs and All my fantastic repeat customers, your what’s made our 10 years a legacy memory in Eureka Springs.Skyler will still be there and excited to see you all. With love Lmo and I will miss you all. Thank you again!!

✨ MAGPIE ✨

What started as a small family boutique in 2016, quickly becoming a full time job for myself over the past 10 years. Now, after many thoughts and prayers, faith has revealed that it is time to pass on my dream of being of a successful boutique owner to new owners.

This decision wasn't easy, but one that I feel completely at peace with. Magpie has been such a special chapter in my life — one that I will forever be grateful for and I can’t wait to share it with the next owners.

This business gave me the gift of doing what I love while being close to my parents, which also allowed me to create, grow, and connect with so many amazing people. This journey turned into friendships, memories, and a community that has meant more to me than words can fully express. You didn't just support a small business, you supported my family, my dreams, and a season of life that I will always cherish.

As hard as it is to close this chapter, I truly believe I am being called into a new season of life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being part of this journey.

As I begin closing this chapter, I'll be looking for the next new owners of Magpie! But rest assured, Magpie will continue to operate and serve with the same love and enthusiasm as always.
