Tomorrow is the 30th anniversary of the NWO. The first photo is the airbrush artist that created the NWO logo. I remember like it was yesterday when Hulk Hogan RIP called me. He was working on the movie Santa With Muscles. He needed me to make him a new strap with the new NWO logo that Gary Smith just created on the flight from Tampa to LA. The logo concept was to look like a stamp. What a GREAT CRAZY TIME it was for STEVE CARDILLO

Another brutal session in the books at my outdoor gym featured on Cardillo's World.

Today's workout consisted of 4 giant sets:
