Thursday Night Jogging Club starts @ 5:30 PM.
Plus special book event - walk & talk with author Dimity McDowell starts @ 6:30 PM. End down the street at Excelsior Bay Books.

ASICS Blazeblast Demo Run at Richard T. Anderson Conservation Area in Eden Prairie @ 8:00 AM.

As the group gets bigger, more pace options become available. About 50 people showed up for the Thursday Night Jogging Club on August 13th. Paces represented were between 7:30 and 12:00 per mile.

Join us. At any pace.

5:30 start on Thursday, August 20th, as it’s the 3rd Thursday of the month.

• The Thursday Night Jogging Club at 6:30 pm
• RunWEST - Saturday at 7:30 am

Both are casual social runs with a variety of pace options. All abilities welcome, and you'll probably make a new friend.

Stay hydrated and get ready for Twin Cities In Motion fall events with Nuun Hydration. Buy 3 tubes, get one free, plus take home a free Twin Cities water bottle, while supplies last.

Nuun will be the on-course hydration product for all upcoming TCM events.

New: Free workouts every Tuesday evening. Get Stronger Together.

• 8 Sessions - Every Tuesday from July 28 through September 15.
• Meet at the store at 6:00 PM. Warmup starts at 6:15.
• Workouts will be intervals, hill repeats, tempo or fartlek runs.
• All workouts are scaleable to your abilities. You decide how much you want to do.
• No fee. No registration. Just show up.
