BOO! 👻🧀 Fall just got a whole lot cheesier! 🍂

The fall colors are out, leaves are falling, and we’re pulling out our cold-weather gear. You know what else is back? Marin French Cheese Co.’s Petite Boo ash-coated Brie! 🧀🎃

This little BOO cheese became a favorite of ours last fall and has officially turned into a seasonal tradition. In fact, we loved it so much that we doubled our order this year! 😂

It’s never too late to try something new! 🛶🍂

Last summer, a friend took us on a kayaking adventure at a local lake, and what a thrill it was! Paddling across glassy water among the reeds, ducks, and dragonflies… the magical views, the peace, the calm, the quiet. Unbeatable. Priceless. ❤️

We were fortunate enough to get out on the water twice this year, and the fall colors were simply breathtaking! And the air… oh, the clean Alaskan air is indescribable. 🍁🏔️

Of course, our Tundra Twilight tartan (plaid) lap blanket was the perfect accessory for our adventure! Made from 100% lambswool, it’s a cozy, durable companion for taking the chill off after a paddle or enjoying a quiet moment by the water.

A huge thank you to Holland America Denali for another fantastic week in the Artist in Residence summer program! ❤️🏔️

It’s such an honor to be invited to participate in this wonderful program. We loved spending the week visiting with guests from all over the world, sharing our original tartan (plaid), and soaking up the beautiful surroundings.

Guests stepped inside our little cabin, marveled at the beauty of Denali, and discovered the stories behind our Alaskan-inspired tartans (plaid). It was such a joy to see them find a special piece to take home—a little reminder of their Alaskan adventure and the landscapes, wildlife, and wild beauty that make this place so unforgettable. 🐦🍂

Thank you, Holland America Denali, for welcoming us back and giving us another wonderful opportunity to share our love for Alaska with the world!

Our favorite time of the year! Autumn is a quick season here in Alaska but the moments are magical and memorable. There’s always an urgency to get outside and enjoy another adventure, another walk, another picnic before the snow flies.

The colors are absolutely stunning this time of year in Interior Alaska—bright yellows, shades of green, vibrant reds, and beautiful golden hues. It’s an absolute wonder to behold!

We were fortunate enough to take a little kayaking adventure and were amazed by the riot of color all around us. And as we paddled along, we couldn’t help but think of all the colors we chose for our exclusive Tundra Twilight tartan (plaid)—an original tartan (plaid) inspired by the colors of a Denali fall.

It really is like wearing a little piece of an Alaskan autumn. 🍁
