I have been playing around with making new display images for the items I sell. Next on the list is the Stealth Clone Pilot Chest Box Kit - Star Wars Inspired (3D Printed). This is a 3D printed kit for the Phase 1 Stealth Clone Pilot Chest Box. This kit was designed for the Stealth Clone Pilot that appeared in the Clone Wars Season 2 episode “Cat and Mouse”. The kit comes with the main box, backing plate of the main box, 4 buttons ( 3 rectangular and 1 round) and 4 Chicago screws. The chest box has an open back design and is hollow. This design makes the chest box light weight and has the ability to house small electrical system or battery pack. The main box will be printed from FDM printer out of PLA while the buttons will be printed in SLA resin.

This item is the same chest box that is featured in the 501st CRL for the Phase 1 Stealth Clone Pilot.

Have been playing around with making new display images for the items I sell. Next on the list is the Mandalorian Pilot Chest Box Kit - Fenn Rau Mandalorian Protector Inspired - Star Wars Rebels. This is a 3D printed kit for the Mandalorian Pilot Chest Box. This kit was designed for the Mandalorian Pilots as seen in the Star Wars Rebels episode “Protectors of Concord Dawn”. The kit comes with the main box (split into 3 parts for ease printing and construction), backing plate of the main box, mounting plate spacer, 5 clear acrylic buttons, turn k**b, 2 hose connectors, LED light fixtures, 14 wooded alignment pins (2 - 9mm & 10 - 10mm) and 4 Chicago screws (2 - 3/4” & 2 - 1”) . The chest box has an open back design and is hollow. This design makes the chest box light weight and has the ability to house the small light fixtures and battery pack. The main box will be printed from FDM printer out of PLA while the k**b and hose connectors will be printed in SLA resin.

Have been playing around with making new display images for the items I sell. Next on the list is another comm pad, it’s the GTVM Comm Pad - 2D Clone Wars inspired. This accessory piece is designed after the Comm pad on the Jedi General Voolvif Monn from the 2D animated Clone Wars micro-series. It is resin printed and near paint ready.

Have been playing around with making new display images for the items I sell. Next on the list is the DSM Helmet - Draven’s Standard Mando. It is approvable for modern and PI era in the Mandalorian Mercs. This helmet is a full resin cast helmet, so no pesky layer lines to deal with. The helmet is a cast of a full scratch helmet build I did using the Wizard of Flight helmet templates and a baseball batters helmet. With the right paint job this helmet can be used for many canon characters such as Jango Fett, Live action Deathwatch, Jaster Mereel or your own custom Mandalorian.
The kit comes with everything for a mandalorian helmet.

Have been playing strong with making new display images for the items I sell. First off this is our Laaran Oya’Kar MK2 Helmet Kit – Mandalorian Wolf Inspired Cosplay Helmet. It is approvable for modern era in the Mandalorian Mercs. This helmet is a full resin cast helmet, so no pesky layer lines to deal with. The helmet takes its inspiration from the Clone Wolf pack’s sigil.

I just got done doing a full model of the Clone Wars Deathwatch gauntlets. This comes after the commission I just did where I used an older version of the gauntlets. I spent roughly 6hrs working on this model to get to this. I still need to do a little more work before they are ready to be put out publicly.

To help out with getting the best prints possible I purchased the 3D Printer Intelligent Mini Heater. When reading the instructions they pertained to printers that have the the lift off lid and the Sonic Mega 8K has doors that open outward. So here is a tutorial on how I installed the heater with minimal damage to the machine.
The best thing I found when getting the cords out of the machine is through the lifting hand holds on the sides in the printer.
1. Remove the plastic hand holds from the side of the printer that the heater will be installed on. I installed it on the left hand side. Modify the handle by cutting a 1/2”x1/2” notch it the edge that is towards the rear of the printer.
2. Place the magnets on the heater and the bed of the printer as per the instructions. Make sure that there is enough room between the heater and the back wall of the printer to allow proper airflow.
3. Route the cords through the hand hold opening.
4. Place cable clips on the inside of the printer in 2 places for cable management. I used Wrap-it Cable Clips from .
5. Replace the modified handle making sure that both cables are routed through the notch and are not caught up by the handle.
6. Route your cables to your power source.

Hopefully this helps you install your heater in a printer that has a less than conventional door system, like a traditional door or even the flip up door.
