How Texarado Boots Started.

It all started with a calf injury. I kept straining my calf while running, and I started questioning the boots I was wearing every day. I needed work boots with a wide toe box and zero-drop design, but I couldn’t find anything I liked. So I decided to build my own.

I watched YouTube videos, bought used equipment on Facebook Marketplace, and started making boots from scratch. It took about 10 pairs before I made something decent.Then I started getting feedback, improving the design, and eventually working with manufacturers to bring my idea to life.

That’s how Texarado was born. Sometimes the best business ideas come from solving your own problems.

Cowboys Didn’t Invent Boot Heels

Some boots use fake welts, plastic counters, thin leather, and synthetic components to create the appearance of quality without the construction behind it.

At Texarado, we use full-grain leather, real leather piping, a leather midsole, and 360° stitched construction because the details should serve a purpose.
