Recently we went to a well attended event with Shores & Islands Ohio. They are the official Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) for Erie and Ottawa counties. Essentially, they are the region's tourism board, acting as both a concierge for travelers and a collaborator for local businesses to promote the Lake Erie coastline and its islands. We made a number of great contacts that are happy to help our Erie Shores Beach Life business! (and you too!)

I love the escapism of Boat Show weekend. While it continues to snow, seemingly without end, inside the IX Center it is summer, if even for a few hours anyway. My favorite part is going to the Put-In-Bay area for Boardwalk lobster bisque and island music. Are you going? What is your favorite part?
