Crispy Melts Bang-Bang Bacon Cheeseburger Grilled Sandwiches
Cozy up with these mouthwatering grilled sandwiches that bring together juicy ground beef, crispy turkey bacon, and gooey cheddar cheese, all enveloped in perfectly toasted bread. Ideal for a comforting indulgence any day of the week! 🥪

🥩 Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 slices of turkey bacon
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 8 slices of bread
- Salt and pepper to taste

🧄 Sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp bang bang sauce (or a mix of mayo and sriracha)

👩‍🍳 Directions
➡️ Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
➡️ In a separate pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
➡️ Mix the mayonnaise with the bang bang sauce in a small bowl.
➡️ Spread the sauce on one side of each slice of bread.
➡️ Layer the cooked ground beef, crispy turkey bacon, and cheddar cheese between two slices of bread, with the sauce facing inward.
➡️ Grill the sandwich in a skillet over medium heat until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
➡️ Slice and serve hot, savoring every delicious bite!
