Dr. Amos Dai will be with us from Total Orthopedics & Sports Medicine tomorrow night to answer any questions! We will be setting up at the brewery at 6pm! Come hang out with us! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🍺👟

We had a blast this past Tuesday running together as a team at the CBIZ Careers Marcum Workplace Challenge! 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃‍♂️Our team showed up with solid performances by everyone!💪🔥Congrats to all the participants, shout out to all the volunteers who helped and to Mindy Lerner Davidson for putting on a spectacular event!

We had such a fun time at our Women’s 5k this past weekend! Great job to all our little fun runners and congrats to all the Ladies who ran! It was a beautiful morning filled with miles, smiles, and friends! Thank you to Greater Long Island Running Club and elitefeats for helping us and to all the volunteers!
