It's springtime at Heartland Harvest at Heritage farms. The plants are growing and so are the children. God willing we will have a good crop of sweet corn, sweet potatoes, garlic, and onions. The lettuce is already producing heavily so please drop us a note or just drop on by for a bag.
Also, let us know what veggies you would like us to grow for you and we will be more than happy to get it in the ground before it's too late.

The garden planting was going well until the recent hail storm destroyed most of the plants. Several rows of sweet corn just disappeared along with dozens of tomato plants that are nothing but a stub coming out of the dirt. We are replanting though! It was a blessing that the storm came early enough that we could replant.
