Who are the faces of Fayette County agriculture?

They're the farmers in the field before sunrise. The teachers introducing students to agriculture for the first time. The families raising the next generation. The veterinarians, agronomists, ag business professionals, and community members who help agriculture thrive every day. Agriculture is more than what we grow, it's the people who make it possible.

That's why Fayette County Farm Bureau is launching Faces of Fayette County Agriculture, a campaign celebrating the people and stories that make our agricultural community so special.

We are looking for individuals of all ages and backgrounds who are passionate about agriculture and have a story to share. Whether you're involved in production agriculture, agribusiness, agricultural education, or are helping shape the future of agriculture, we'd love to hear from you.

🚜✨Rev up the fun at the Fayette County Fair in West Union, Iowa Tuesday, July 21st, for our annual Kiddie Tractor Pull!🎉

Registration starts at 2:30 PM, and the action begins at 3:00 PM. 🏆
Kids aged 4-11 will compete in exciting classes, with ribbons for class winners!

The Fayette County Farm Bureau office will be closed on Friday, July 3rd in observance of the Independence Day holiday. We will reopen on Monday, July 6th at 8:00 a.m. and resume normal business hours.

This afternoon, Kayleigh visited a few daycare centers across Fayette County to deliver special treats and share some dairy fun with local kids!

June Dairy Month is a time to celebrate the hardworking dairy farm families right here in Fayette County who work every day to provide wholesome, nutritious dairy products. We enjoyed sharing the importance of dairy and helping our youngest community members celebrate local agriculture!
