A southern suburb of Atlanta is where I call home. I work out of my home and my “creativity” is all over the place! I am a chronic entrepreneur with a creative soul. I have done MANY things trying to find my niche. I currently run a real estate office, yes I am a Real
tor, and I own a tax preparation firm. But my passion is creating beautiful things that I call “handmade glamour”. It was after tax season and I was losing my mind with all the “logic” of numbers. I was looking online at these beautiful skirts and saw one that I had to have, until I saw the $265 price tag. So I decided to figure out how to make it myself. That is when my creative side came to life. Shortly after I learned to make the skirt my entrepreneurial spirit took over and my handmade business was born. Because my kids mean everything to me, I decided to name my company after them. My daughter Niya is the “Ni” and my son Kyle is the “Kai”. They make me happy and creating makes me happy. I get a thrill from creating something from a blank canvas. Seeing things come to life. I love making my customers “feel something” when they use or wear something I have made because it makes them feel good. I make things that are a reflection of my customers. I create items with soul. I am now obsessed with crafting and creating. Beautiful fabrics and papers make me happy. Being happy is a priority. So you will find me somewhere creating or thinking of something to create that will decorate my life and reflect beauty, laughing loudly with my friends and family, drinking a glass of wine and learning to just enjoy life.
