Due to some UNKIND circumstances surfacing, I will be re sharing SHC policy. It's unfortunate what some people choose to do to a small business..
Quality, top tier, and perfection is what I strive for and stand behind. Every order is created with love, time, and double checked. With business, comes policy! You have 24 hours after receiving your order to report anything wrong for a partial refund for website orders.
If out of that period, no refund will be issued for any reason. Photos of damage must be provided. No refunds given for any reason if selected improper sizes or colors at checkout. No refunds on custom orders for any reason. Shipped orders start on received date. For local pick up at the homestead, If items are not picked up within 90 days, you will forfeit your order without refund, and items will be placed back into SHC stock.
