is the perfect example on why it’s important to work on your weaknesses. no matter how uncomfortable. this girl has gotten stronger, faster, more mobile AND improved her gymnastics. she focuses on getting 1% better every single day & it shows. and on top of that, she looks good doing it in her BTTR tank 😉
