This morning, the Venture Mentality podcast released an interview with after Jacob O’Connor headed over to the HQ to talk with the iconic businessman.

Andy is the Founder of and host of the MFCEO Project and Real AF podcasts. But before all of this, he was just a “C student” from Vianney High School in St. Louis.

He was told he wouldn’t amount to much. At 19, he was a college dropout running a struggling business. He didn’t have much going for him; but he did have one thing- persistence.

He refused to quit. He refinanced credit cards. He slept in the back of his store.

Reinvesting every dollar back into his business, it took 10 years for him to finally take a paycheck. Now, 21 years later, Supplement Superstores and 1st Phorm are two of the biggest supplement companies in the world.

Even more than that, Andy has been able to touch countless lives through the culture he has created at 1st Phorm as well as the millions of people who listen to his podcast and have read his books.
