SHIPPING:
All items can be shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) at the cost of the customer. Shipping starts at $3.00 and will be shipped USPS which generally takes 5-7 days. All items will be shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase. Purchases will be made via invoice through Shimmery Belle Boutique’s Point of Sale (POS), Square. Shipping starts at $3.00 for all USPS mail shipments. Please be assured that your items will ship out within 2-3 business days of cleared payment. Note that holidays and weekends are NOT included in processing or shipping times. Postal Service (USPS) is our shipping carrier. If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Most packages are shipped USPS Mail (5-7 business days). If you require express shipping please be aware that this will be an additional cost to you as the customer. Express shipping does not mean express processing, which remains 2-3 business days. Orders will be expedited from the time they are shipped. Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly when sending us shipping information. Once your package leaves our facility we cannot intercept a package, expedite transit times, change shipping methods, or locate your package beyond the carriers tracking information. We are NOT responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit or marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Shimmery Belle Boutique cannot be held responsible for packages returned to sender (Shimmery Belle Boutique), marked by the carrier as "delivered", or sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by customer. Shimmery Belle Boutique offers a 21 day store credit / exchange policy on eligible items with original tags tags attached and in new or unused condition. To exchange an item within the 21 days from date of purchase, you must submit your electronic or hand-written receipt at the time of return. There are no returns or exchanges on personal products such as body products, clearance/sale items, gift certificates or accessories. Trouble with your order? Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise you must contact [email protected] within 3 days of receipt.
