SHIPPING:
All items can be shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) at the cost of the customer. Shipping starts at $3.00 and will be shipped USPS which generally takes 5-7 days. All items will be shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase.
Shipping starts at $3.00 for all USPS mail shipments. Please be assured that your items will ship out within 5-7 business days of cleared payment. Note that holidays and weekends are NOT included in processing or shipping times. U.S. Postal Service (USPS) is our shipping carrier. If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Most packages are shipped USPS Mail (5-7 business days). If you require express shipping please be aware that this will be an additional cost to you as the customer. Express shipping does not mean express processing, which remains 2-3 business days. Orders will be expedited from the time they are shipped.
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly when sending us shipping information. Once your package leaves our facility we cannot intercept a package, expedite transit times, change shipping methods, or locate your package beyond the carriers tracking information. We are NOT responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit or marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Shimmery Belle Boutique cannot be held responsible for packages returned to sender (Shimmery Belle Boutique), marked by the carrier as "delivered", or sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by customer. Please double check that your address CAN be delivered to and that the information you enter is correct.
Please note delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays. Shimmery Belle Boutique will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock, as our inventory changes very quickly.

IN STORE:
Shimmery Belle Boutique offers a one time 21 day exchange / store credit policy on all original items with tags attached and in new or unused condition. Returns that were purchased from a gift receipt will be returned for store credit of purchase price. There are no returns or exchanges on personal products such as body products, clearance/sale items, gift certificates or accessories.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise you must contact [email protected] within 3 days of receipt. We are not responsible for merchandise damages after the item has been worn, washed, or altered. NO EXCEPTIONS.
