t passion for modest fashion and always wanted to look beautiful, simple and elegant but always struggled to find the right outfit. The name Meeradinard is from a wordplay with her children’s names : Aameera, Madina and Abdulrahman. Our founder's inspiration arises from the difficulty in finding everyday stylish and trendy modest clothing that will transform any unique body figure without compromising their faith and individuality during the time she was transitioning to wearing hijab fulltime and dressing modestly. Frustrated with the limited availability of diverse modest clothing and the inconsideration of the fashion market not catering much for Muslim women, she decided to take matters into her own hands by creating fashion forward unique designs for the every day millennial woman. Her aim is to empower women by making them feel comfortable, confident and express their identity with fashion. Mariama-Seray is also part of various organizations that are keen in educating girls and empowering women to be able to live sustainable lives and build their communities in her home town in Sierra Leone.
