‼️‼️During September, REV-UP UNITY is sponsoring Trash Panda Thrift! They are a pay-what-you-can thrift store and community support center built around radical generosity. They provide affordable clothing and household goods, free food, hygiene supplies, student snacks, children’s birthday parties, community events, and other resources to anyone who needs them—no proof of need, no judgment, and no unnecessary barriers. They believe everyone deserves access to basic necessities, community, and a little joy, regardless of what they can afford while being treated with dignity, kindness, and respect.‼️‼️

🦝 🌿 A LITTLE WEEKEND HOURS UPDATE 🌿 🦝

Trash Panda has always been about taking care of people — and we’re learning that has to include taking care of ourselves, too.

In order to create a healthier balance between our work, our families, our homes, and the people we love, Trash Panda will now be open from 12 PM–5 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.

Running Trash Panda is so much more than the hours you see our doors open. There are donations to sort, programs to plan, birthday parties to throw, community events to organize, food to distribute, paperwork to do, messes to clean, people to help, and approximately 7,492 other things happening behind the scenes. 😂🦝

And while we absolutely LOVE what we do, we also believe that doing good in the community shouldn’t require sacrificing every minute of your life to do it.

Rest matters.
Family matters.
Being present at home matters.
Having time to recharge matters.
And having a healthy work-life balance helps us show up better for our community when we are here. ❤️

We want Trash Panda to be here for the long haul — and part of making that happen is learning that sustainability applies to people, too.

So, our new weekend hours are:
