Kayla Murphy serves as Secretary and Volunteer Coordinator for Outreach Optical.

Kayla brings a passion for service and community engagement to her role, helping build the volunteer foundation that will support Outreach Optical's mission in the years ahead. As a former Volunteer Coordinator with Carriage Town Ministries, she understands the important role volunteers play in strengthening organizations and creating meaningful community impact.

At Outreach Optical, Kayla helps support organizational operations while working to connect individuals who want to share their time, talents, and compassion with a growing mission dedicated to expanding access to vision care.

She believes that lasting change happens when communities come together to serve one another, and she is excited to help build opportunities for volunteers to be part of Outreach Optical's story from the very beginning.

👓 Meet Julie Hall

Julie Hall serves as Director of Advancement & Strategic Partnerships for Outreach Optical.

Inspired by a family legacy of service through vision care, Julie pursued a degree in Nonprofit Management and has dedicated her career to strengthening community programs, building partnerships, and connecting resources with those who need them most.

In her role with Outreach Optical, Julie leads fundraising efforts, grant development, community engagement, and strategic partnerships that help expand access to affordable vision care throughout the community.

As the daughter of Dr. Chris Hall and granddaughter of the first optometrist in the Hall family, Julie is honored to help carry forward a legacy that began generations ago and continues today through Outreach Optical's mission of service, accessibility, and community impact.
