First Steps Kentucky’s Early Intervention System (KEIS)
Este programa es dedicado a niños con retraso en el desarrollo, desde el nacimiento hasta los 3 años.

Si observas algo que te preocupe en el desarrollo general de tu hijo, solicita al pediatra de tu hijo ayuda para que te contacte con First Steps ó contáctalos directamente (859)655.11.95.

Costo💰: Lo cubre tu seguro médico, sin embargo no es indispensable tenerlo para recibir esta ayuda.
Ubicación📍: En casa.
Idioma🗣️: Si tu lengua materna es diferente al inglés, First Steps te proveerá un intérprete.

Yo en lo particular recomiendo 💯este programa y estoy inmensamente agradecida por todo el apoyo que he recibido🙂, la dedicación de todas las terapeutas, la intérprete 🤗 y la gran ética de trabajo de todo el personal involucrado.

Le invito a todas las familias en general, que se informen 👩🏽‍💻 o pregunten acerca de este programa, ya que no sólo ofrecen herramientas poderosas para el bienestar, desarrollo, comportamiento y educación del niño sino también son grandes mentores al momento de proveer estrategias a los padres❤️.

This program is dedicated to children with developmental delays, from birth to 3 years.

If you notice something that concerns you in your child's overall development, ask your child's pediatrician for help in contacting First Steps or contact them directly at (859) 655.11.95.

Cost💰: Your health insurance covers it, however it is not essential to have it to receive this help.
Location 📍: At home.
Language🗣️: If your native language is different from English, First Steps will provide you with an interpreter.

I particularly recommend 💯this program and I am immensely grateful for all the support I have received🙂, the dedication of all the therapists, the interpreter 🤗 and the great work ethic of all the staff involved.

I invite all families in general to find out 👩🏽‍💻 or ask about this program, since they not only offer powerful tools for the well-being, development, behavior and education of the child, but they are also great mentors when providing strategies to parents ❤️

Los programas que se listan abajo abarcan muy bien lo que el Departamento de Salud Ofrece:
1. Inmunizaciones y atención médica a Enfermedades y brotes tales como: Picadas de animales y rabia, enfermedades de transmisión sexual, influenza, VIH, entre otros.
2. Ayuda a Mujeres, bebés y niños a través del Programa de Nutrición Suplementaria Especial para mujeres, bebés y niños (WIC), lactancia, planeación familiar, entre otros.
3. Lleva a cabo Inspecciones para la supervisión de la higiene en lugares que manejan comida.

Definitivamente el primer post de va dedicado a la biblioteca 📚 porque sin dudas es un refugio para todos en cualquier temporada del año🌳🍁❄️.

Las bibliotecas del condado de Boone, Identificadas como BCPL - Boone County Public Library, por ahora, tienen sus sedes en; Burlington, Florence, Union, Hebron y Walton, pronto van a abrir otra en St. Petersburg.

Las sedes de Hebron y Burlington cuentan con laboratorios de innovación donde tienes acceso a equipos de Audio/Visual🎙️📽️, Manualidades y costura🧵🪡, computadoras 🖥️🖨️ y creator group. Para reservar equipos en el laboratorio debes hacer una cita en el link bcpl-ky.libcal.com/.

💡Y si no quieres hacer ninguna actividad y tienes niños hay muchos juguetes 🧩en las areas dedicadas a niños de cada una de las sedes para su entretenimiento.

Anímate a ir a la biblioteca, no te vas a arrepentir 😃

Boone County Libraries, Identified as BCPL - Boone County Public Library, for now, are headquartered at; Burlington, Florence, Union, Hebron and Walton, will soon open another in St. Petersburg.

The Hebron and Burlington headquarters have innovation labs where you have access to Audio/Visual equipment 🎙️📽️, Crafts and sewing 🧵🪡, computers 🖥️🖨️ and creator group. To reserve equipment in the laboratory you must make an appointment at the link bcpl-ky.libcal.com/.

💡And if you don't want to do any activity and you have children, there are many toys 🧩in the areas dedicated to children at each of the venues for their entertainment.
