The Process of Patches 🤌🏼✨

PVC patches have been a hit recently in the shop! Especially for our friends at Lyon’s Magnus!

Check out the process!
We apply the PVC patch using a specialized hat press. Heat and pressure activate the adhesive backing, permanently bonding the patch to the hat for a clean, professional finish. The result is a durable, long lasting patch that’s ready to wear!
