It has been several months Since my last post and all hell has broken loose, and not in a good way. In the era of COVID-19, civil unrest, and lockdowns it’s a wonder any small business is able to survive. One red paw has been able to hold its own and though the sales have plummeted, thankfully the shoestring business model has worked and orders are still being filled. My heart goes out to all of the small business Entrepreneurs out there that have been adversely affected to the point having to shutter their shops and sites. For all you others, try to keep the spirits up and know this WILL pass

Grand ideas, and how to realize a vision? Doing this on a zero ad budget! How do I take a mom and pop basement operation to the place where I’ve employed talented craftsmen and given them a stage to grow and continue to create? To build an operation that is self supporting and meets my philanthropy goals now and in the future, An operation that will last and thrive far beyond my existence, is this to lofty a mission?

Sunday. A day of rest....NOT! Today is the ideal day to tie up any loose ends for the week. Pack up any orders from yesterday, start to make items for replenishment, order supplies, and catch-up on any paperwork. Sounds like a lot, but it’s fun and I’m learning so much it is such an adventure. #
