I just wanted to thank everyone who has ever walked through Korte's door in the last 77 years. We couldn't have stayed in business so long without you!
A big thank you to all those that had their treasures framed and told me the stories that went with them.
It was a great honor to frame the military pins and patches we have done over the years.
I can't forget those that bought in items to get framed that I could honestly say, "You name it, we have framed it!" A large cookie, the shower curtain, and a wedding dress are just to name a few.
Any piece that you held close to your heart was held close to ours while in our care.
A special thank you to all those that let me be a fly on the wall, that meant a lot to me.
For all those that cried and made me cry with you because you loved your piece so much, thank you, it made my day!
And last but not least, a big shout out to my family & friends for supporting John & I in our dreams. Your flowers, wine, candles, and stopping in with kind words really touched my heart.

Happy October everyone!! I wanted to send a quick note to let everyone know that all vendors are 30% off this month so come in and get some Christmas shopping done early! Also, I will officially be closing my doors at the end of the year so come in soon to get your framing done before it’s too late! Thank you everyone and enjoy this fall weather!

It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that I inform you of the death of my husband, John, who passed away on July 24th. John was an amazing person and would always be there whenever anyone needed him. We will miss him more than words can express. Please feel free to write a memory or post a picture in the obituary’s tribute book, my family loves looking at all the messages.
