Our Adult Beginner Sewing Series students have started their final project - a T-Shirt! This challenging project is going to give them experience in working with stretchy fabric as well as introducing them to using a serger.
They started this course series learning how to thread a sewing machine and have now successfully made 8 different projects!
We can't wait to see what their finished t-shirts look like next week!

We are so grateful to receive all of your wonderful donations here at STL Sewing Exchange! Your generous contributions fuel our classrooms and stock our shelves so we can keep our doors open and inspire creativity for everyone who walks through our doors!

Sometimes we receive unfinished works in progress and we know exactly what the creator was thinking. But sometimes, we receive a mystery item and we have no idea what this is for. We come to you now asking for your help!

These flannel squares are 4.5" x 4.25" enclosed on 3 sides like a pouch with a folded hem at the top. There is no opening to insert elastic or ribbon to make a cinch bag. The prints are all nursery style.
