Is anyone else having a difficult time adjusting to the time change? Your body’s circadian rhythm/sleep cycle is affected by light, making it harder to wake up when it’s still dark outside. Our first recommendation is blue light glasses at least 3 hours before bed for maximum benefits. Second, we recomend getting up the second your alarm goes off and turning on your lights - avoiding the snooze! It’s hard at first, but so worth it 💪 Let us know if you give it a try.
