We are excited to introduce 2026, 2032 and 2031 HFG Select Girls Lacrosse, a new competitive girls lacrosse program created in partnership with Bel Air Rec Girls Lacrosse!

This partnership brings together two strong lacrosse communities with a shared commitment to player development, teamwork, confidence, and a love for the game. HFG Select will provide dedicated athletes with opportunities for advanced training, competitive tournament play, and continued growth in a positive, supportive environment.

We look forward to building something special together and creating even more opportunities for girls lacrosse players in our community. This opportunity will also create a pathway for future growth into North Bay Lacrosse Club.

🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July from HFG Girls Lacrosse! 🥍

Today we celebrate the birth of our nation and the freedoms that unite us. As we enjoy time with family and friends, let's also take a moment to honor the brave men and women who have served and sacrificed to protect our country.

We wish our players, families, coaches, volunteers, and supporters a safe, fun, and memorable Independence Day. Whether you're watching fireworks, grilling with loved ones, or enjoying a day by the pool, we hope your holiday is filled with pride, laughter, and gratitude.

Thank you for being part of the HFG family. We can't wait to get back on the field together soon!

We have our dates set for our 2026 Fall Skills & Drills! These sessions are for players in K-9th grades and are designed for all skill levels. This is the perfect opportunity to try lacrosse for the 1st time, or to keep your skills sharp in the off season! Keeping sticks in hands is the goal!! All particpants will receive a HFG Skills & Drills t-shirt.

HFG Girls Lacrosse and Bel Air Rec Girls Lacrosse are partnering to create Select Team opportunities for athletes looking for additional competition and development while continuing to represent their hometown programs.

Together, we’re building a pathway that helps players progress from rec lacrosse to Select Teams and beyond—without leaving the community that helped them fall in love with the game.

By working together, we’re creating a local development pathway that allows athletes to grow from rec lacrosse to Select Teams and ultimately to high-level club opportunities through North Bay Lacrosse Club—all while staying connected to the community where their lacrosse journey began. Our goal is to provide players with age-appropriate opportunities to develop their skills, compete at higher levels, and continue reaching for the next step in their lacrosse journey.
