So... here's this week's chaos. 😂 Stick with me for a terrifying mom Moment.
First off... I hired a new subcontractor!! 🎉
I've actually known her for YEARS, and I'm so excited to finally have her working with me. We've already tackled a few jobs together, including some post-construction cleans and Airbnbs, and it's honestly been so much fun having someone I already know and trust by my side.
Now... let's talk about Bubba. 😑😂
He went on a boys hunting trip, and I'm pretty sure they were trying to give all the moms heart attacks.
Picture this...
They're sitting in the deer stand waiting for dark. The side-by-side that's supposed to come pick them up... breaks down.
Instead of staying put like sensible human beings... these geniuses decide to climb down and just... wander through the woods hoping they find the road. 🤦♀️🌲
It's pitch black. On almost 1,000 acres of land with literally NOTHING on it but one lonely cabin in the woods, somewhere.
Their flashlights are dying.
They're trying to find the cabin...
And JUST as they're about to become the plot of a survival show, they finally spot the truck and the rest of their group.
Okay... crisis over, right?
WRONG. 😂
The VERY NEXT DAY they're back in the deer stand when a mama bear and THREE cubs walk right up to the feeder in front of them. 🐻🐻🐻🐻
Needless to say... I was very happy when he made it home.
..for about five minutes. 🤣
Because now he's already packing again to head on a fishing trip with family! 🎣
Meanwhile...
Mom is over here doing what moms do...
Cleaning houses.
Filming Amazon videos.
Running two business'.
Editing videos.
Researching products.
Trying to remember what day it is. 😂
I'm starting to think my kids have a better vacation schedule than I do. 😒
Oh and I'm trying to decide if we're going to go back to homeschooling or just stick with Middle school nonsense and chaos.
Life has been busy, and a little chaotic, ❤️
