We sell both new and used gear for hiking, camping, cycling, climbing, whitewater, snow sports and more. The Gearage is a new outdoor sporting good consignment shop in Fort Collins, CO. The Gearage offers new and used gear for sale, rentals, repair/ service, consignment, and bike and hiking tours. The Gearage is a partnership between Septacycles (7-person bicycle rental company) and New World Spor

ts (Bicycle rental and tour company). Outdoor sporting goods that we provide include but not limited to: Camping, Hiking, Backpacking, Cycling, Mountain Biking, Kayaking, Rock Climbing, Skiing, Snowboarding, and more

We recently had the honor of attending the Homeward Alliance gala. We had a blast! Homeward Alliance is an amazing local nonprofit that helps individuals and families facing homelessness. For years, The Gearage has consigned items on their behalf to raise funds, and donated unsold clothing directly for them to share with community members in need.

This is a decade-plus long partnership, and we’re proud and thankful to have been included in their celebration. If you’d like to consign your clothing on behalf of Homeward Alliance let us know!

Can you believe this is what our storefront looked like this morning?? Well, neither can we, because this is from December 3rd… Kidding aside, we’ve been reflecting on 2025 and wanted to say thank you.

While we’re all waiting for the Colorado sky to remember that it’s supposed to be winter right now, we’ve been reflecting on an incredible 2025. We love helping our community get outside affordably and sustainably, and you all showed up for us too.

* 900 new consignors joined our shop family.
* 16,000 items were sold and re-homed, keeping gear out of landfills and selling used items hassle free
* 600+ bikes were tuned up and sent back out to hit the local trails.
* Consignors took home more than $281,000 for their gear

We loved seeing your smiling faces at events around town and in the shop. Thank you for choosing local, independent, and sustainable. Buying from The Gearage isn’t just about snagging a good deal or buying second hand, it’s about our Fort Collins outdoors community. Here’s to more snow and more time to get outside in 2026!
