Just put a new sling on the embroidery machine. This is going to take a while, each corner has more than 150K stitches. When it's done it will look like a very large hanky, with vinyl at the business end for easy clean up.

The way I'm doing my custom items, I can't really make them in advance (back stock) and then finish them with embroidery. The embroidery is the first step in my process, then assembly. That way, you never have to looknat the back of the stitching, it stays between the layers, locked away and secure.
