🕊️ Honoring Dr. Jane Goodall (1934–2025)

Today the world lost a true legend. Dr. Jane Goodall changed how we see animals, conservation, and ourselves.

In 1960, she stepped into the forests of Gombe and forever changed science with the discovery that chimpanzees make and use tools. She showed the world that chimps have personalities, emotions, and family bonds — breaking barriers between humans and the wild.

She went on to create the Jane Goodall Institute and Roots & Shoots, empowering communities and young people around the globe to protect wildlife and the planet. Her compassion and vision inspired generations to believe that every individual can make a difference.

👕 Our shirt “David Greybeard” is named after her favorite wild chimp, the first who trusted her, opening the door to everything we’ve learned since. To us, it represents respect, connection, and the hope she carried for the future.

Rest in peace, Dr. Goodall. Your spirit lives on in the forests, the chimps, and every person you’ve inspired to fight for the wild. 🌿🐒
