Thanks to We Be Jammin' Events for a smooth organized event yesterday! The layout of booths was fabulous and the field looked very inviting. A nice loop of lovely vendors, ice cream in the middle, lemonade on the end. A unique vibe for vendors while we could hear the majestic lion roaring throughout the day!! The zoo staff that visited us were so wonderful and supportive. I hope this event raised money and supported the Capron Park Zoo. I’ll be back with the kids for a visit, and you should too! Psssst, there’s even a splash pad to stay cool!
Not every event can be a home run, but also not every host is either. Letting us pack up and close a half hour early ahead of the rain is HUGE! Caring for your vendors is the best gesture a host can make. While other hosts may have made us wait, it was extremely thoughtful of you to protect your vendors and their products.
I’m looking forward to more events with you this season. Currently confirmed for Nov. 8th at the Crowne Plaza and pending for Dec. 13 also at the Crowne.
