Meet Our Sales Associate, Ella🌸

Ella is an 18-year-old Fowlerville graduate who has been part of the Luxe for the Low family for the last couple of months—and she was right by my side helping get the store ready before our grand opening! 💕

When she’s not at the store, you’ll usually find her spending time with her animals, tending to her garden, drawing, loving on her chickens, or creating beautiful flower bouquets from her wildflowers. 🌻🐓🎨

Ella is one of the most reliable, friendly, and hardworking people you’ll meet. As Luxe continues to grow, she’ll be helping fill in at the store when I can’t be there, so be sure to say hello when you see her! 👋

📣 A Quick Update from Luxe for the Low

First, thank you to everyone who has supported my small business since opening. As many of you know, I’ve spent the last several weeks trying to determine the best store hours for both my customers and the long-term success of the business.

After carefully tracking customer traffic and sales, I’ve found that our busiest shopping hours are actually between 11 AM and 4 PM, with weekends continuing to be strong. Like many small business owners, I have to make decisions based on what is sustainable. While I initially expected our busiest hours to be after the typical workday, the data has shown that the majority of our customers are shopping during daytime hours.

In order to better serve our customers while keeping the business financially healthy, I will be adjusting store hours effective June 29th.

🖤 Monday: Closed
🖤 Tuesday: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM
🖤 Wednesday: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM
🖤 Thursday: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM
🖤 Friday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
🖤 Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🖤 Sunday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Buying Policy:
• Store credit will continue to be offered for select items.
• Cash may be offered for high demand items.
• Designer items may require 24–48 hours for authentication and evaluation before a cash offer can be made.
• Walk-in buying hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from
11 AM to 2 PM.
• We will not be purchasing items on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays.
