When Will I Receive My Order? Current PRODUCTION TIME is 3-7 business days, on all items unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please allow for the 3-7 business days. plus 2-3 days shipping when you make your purchase. Please message me BEFORE purchase, if you need your tutu set sooner. Do You Offer Refunds or Accept Returns?
* Our tutus and shirts are customized there will be no refunds given, unless there is an error on our part, or we have had a conversation about it.
* Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order.
* If a return is accepted, the items must be returned unused, unworn and in good condition.
* Item must be returned in a box equivalent to the one it was sent in. No envelopes or smaller boxes will be accepted.
* Cheeky Kiki i is not responsible for return shipping charges.
* All tutus and shirts use standard sizing unless measurements are given to me at time of purchase. Cheeky Kiki can not be held responsible for improper fit.
* We will refund the price of the item within 5-7 business day
How Long Does It Take To Ship? All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail, please allow 2-3 days for shipment to arrive. Please be aware that this is not a guaranteed arrival date. There are no refunds for the product or shipping charges if the mail carrier delivers your package late. Please be sure to have the correct address on file with Etsy.
