We wanted to let everyone know that USPS is currently experiencing an issue where some newly created tracking numbers are temporarily showing tracking information from older tracking numbers.

If your tracking appears to show a package that shows it was delivered months ago, please don’t worry. This is a USPS issue and not your actual order. Once USPS scans your package into their network, the tracking should update with the correct information.

If your tracking has not updated within 3-5 business days of receiving your tracking number, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to look into it further.
