Two of my favorite gals visited the store yesterday to tell me about the market steer Katie will be showing at Venango County 4-H Fair - August 1st-8th, 2026.

Katie has raised an awesome Polled Hereford steer named Diesel. He is 15 months old and currently weighs 1200lbs‼️

Katie’s along with countless others will be available to bid on Friday, August 7th, at 6:00PM at Phillips Arena at the Venango County Fair.

Please join the Something Clever and All Seasons Temporaries, Inc teams in attending the auction, bidding on the animals raised FRESH by our area youth! Stock your freezer with ALL the beef, pork, chicken, lamb, goat, or cheese (and more), and give back where it matters most! Right here in our own community to our own community YOUTH! ❤️

Our downtown businesses need your support so don’t let the construction keep you away. You can avoid it all together by coming in the back way and parking in one of several City Parking lots.

It’s still close to Liberty, just one street behind and most businesses have a back door entrance to make it even more convenient.

Head to downtown Franklin this weekend and show your support. We have amazing restaurants and shops just waiting to be discovered.
