Hello friends, I decided to make a llama pattern by Kein Maker. I finished the head and body, then realized I didn’t have enough yarn left for the ears. My husband suggested making the ears a different color, and after thinking about it, I decided to go for it.

Honestly, I think it gave her a little extra personality! 💕 Here’s my llama — what do you think of her? Would you have kept the ears the same color or tried something different too?

Hi everyone, I’ve been a little MIA lately. I’ve been navigating some mental health challenges related to my injury while continuing my recovery. Over the past couple of months, I’ve been back in the office using a walker, and just this weekend I started transitioning to a cane—so I’m making progress, one step at a time.

I’m excited to share that I’ve signed up for a few events as I ease back into things! My first one will be at the farmers market on Sunday, May 3rd from 9 AM–1 PM at 622 N Market Street in Frederick. I’ll have some help with me and would love to see you if you’re able to stop by and support!

Still crocheting my sweater 🧶
Foot update: ankle is basically healed, heel got the deluxe upgrade—3 screws and a tendon put back where it belongs. I scored a boot instead of a cast (YES!! 🙌)…
BUT still no weight bearing, so catch me cruising through the house 😂
