Added a panel in the back of this dress to cover up my client’s bra strap. I made the panel out of white velvet fabric to match the dress, the took the time to hand sew on sequins that I carefully took off from the inside of the hem 🤩

Heirloom gown alterations are my favorite!! My bride wanted to wear her mom’s dress for her church ceremony, the only catch was that she lived out of state and thankfully I was able to work around her schedule.

Alterations completed:
🤍 Remove sleeves
🤍 Readjust neckline
🤍 Add boning to bodice
🤍 Add cups
🤍 Take in sides
🤍 Hem

My client got turned down by three different alterations places before finding me and we all know I’m down for crazy ideas!! I am so happy that I was able to make her vision vome to life!
