A Little Midweek Reminder 🤍

This morning as I was reading 1 Samuel 16:14–23, when I was reminded just how powerful our praise and worship to the Lord truly are.

When Saul was in a deeply troubled state, David played his lyre for him, and Scripture tells us that Saul was relieved, became better, and the evil spirit left him.

Now, we don’t know exactly what David played but we do know that God used the music David offered to bring relief to Saul. What a beautiful reminder that God can use our worship too.

Praise His holy name! When we exalt Him, He hears our cries and meets us 🤍

Whatever you’re facing this week, keep praising. Keep worshiping. Keep trusting Him. He is worthy of it all.
