Q: What are your Store Hours? A: Monday through Thursday, 9am-7pm; Friday & Saturday 9am-8pm and Sunday 11am-6pm. All of the below is there for reference. Q: What items DON'T you take? A: Anything that has holes, rips, stains, faded fabrics, out of style, home decor, toys with missing parts, equipment without batt
eries or parts, anything with missing parts, anything too worn and NOT in like new condition. If you have a question, feel free to bring it in. We reserve the right to turn away any item. Q: Do I need an appointment to sell my items? A: No, but we do offer them, so you can have one if you prefer! You are still limited to one bin of clothing, but if you sort the soiled or faded items first, you can fill it with items that fit our criteria! **We still reserve the right to pass on any item for any reason.**
Q: How do I make a purchase from a FB post? A: Call the store to pay with Venmo or Cashapp. Q: How do I pick up my items purchased over the phone? A: You have 24 hours to pick up your item from the time of purchase. Items not picked up will incur a 25% restocking fee, a store credit of the balance of purchase, and the item will be put back on the floor for sale. Q: What season clothing are you taking? A: We take all seasons all the time. However, we still may limit items purchased, based on business needs. Q: What sizes do you go up to? A: We go up to size 18/20 in boys & girls. Shoes we will take up to a size 6 in big kids (not toddler), if they are in near new condition. Q: How much equipment may I bring in? A: If you have only a few items, we will try and process your items as a priority. We cannot take anything that needs to be wiped down, needs batteries, has stains, is missing parts, is broken, etc. No exceptions. Q: What are you looking for in the way of quality? A: All items, clothes or equipment must be clean, dry, smoke free, free of holes, with working zippers/snaps/buttons.

**We count every puzzle piece, and only purchase puzzles with all pieces. NO REFUNDS ON PUZZLES ONCE OPENED. Q: What types of items do you take? A: Most equipment, baby carriers, strollers, jumpers, walkers, clothes up to size 18/20, all free of stains, foreign smells and in good condition. We will turn away items at our discretion, and may direct you to bring them back at a later time. Just as our inventory changes daily, so do our needs and requirements to fill the store! Thank you for understanding! Q: How much stuff can I bring in at a time? A: Maximum of one 18 gallon bin’s worth of clothes and shoes. Books and toys may be a second 18 gallon bin. Equipment is limited to 5 large pieces. We reserve the right to limit a single drop off, based on our needs at the time.
