Clothes Encounters of the Used Kind

Clothes Encounters of the Used Kind Clothes Encounters is a second hand store that has been in operation and helping our community since the early 1980's. Our focus is serving our community.

Everyone who works in our store is a volunteer and all of our profits go back into the community. The Clothes Encounters store has been offering gently used clothing and house hold items at very reasonable prices since the 1980's! The building is shared with the Word of Hope Community Center and is owned by the Word of Hope Church. All of the work here is done by volunteers and ALL proceeds are donated to local missions.

Hello Everyone,
Clothes Encounters will be closed this week so we can switch from fall and winter to spring and summer clothes. We will resume normal hours on Tuesday, March 17. Have a blessed week!

Hello Everyone,
This post is to let you know that the store will be closed today, Tuesday, December 2, also Kathy who works the store on Tuesdays is having some health issues and needs to take some time off. Please remember her in your prayers. For the store to remain open on Tuesdays we are adjusting the hours beginning next Tuesday, December 9. The store hours will be 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. until further notice. Thank you for your understanding and support.
