A new customer has a Mimaki UCJV300 that needs a new printhead because of delamination. The customer supplied an oem printhead and I installed it. The installation on the new printhead went as planned. When test cutting the cuts and spot gloss was off. After checking out the machine further it was noticed that the main UCJV300 body was not square on the stand, some pinch wheels were not all the way on the grit wheels, the rear media holders were off to one side causing the slack when retracting to be higher on one side than the other, causing skewing. Likely this was the cause of the delamination when the media was jamming into the head. The cuts and spot gloss are right on now and the customer is very happy.

Worked on two HP Designjet Z6200 large format printers located in Twenty Nine Palms, CA, both of them needed y-axis belts. One of the HP Z6200 was leaking ink into the carriage crane and onto prints and other stuff. A couple of seals were replaced, the inktubes system was pressure tested. A huge mess was cleaned upped. Both HP Z6200 were oiled, and calibrated. Prints looked good.

Apparel customer's HP T1200 sample plotter died. They decided to purchase a new HP Designjet T1700. They are using Ge**er Accumark apparel subscription software by Lectra on a windows 11 computer. It was difficult to get the HP T1200 working with the current Accumark software, the new HP T1700 drivers worked right away. The driver was setup to specifically work with Ge**er Accumark pattern sofware. The line quality was perfect and accurate. The customer is happy with their new plotter. I forgot to take a picture of the new plotter in place.

New customer has a HP Latex 360 that is not calibrating color. and displaying system error 58.12:10. Inspection found the color sensor lens cover arm had broken off. A refurbished color sensor was installed and the color calibrated successfully. The heater module had a heater fin bent into the media path causing jams. The heater impinging module was removed and cleaned out and the heater fin bent back into place.

Worked on a HP Designjet Z9 that is rejecting media. Inspection found the media sensor stuck. The customer uses adhesive material and the edges of the media sometimes oozes adhesive glue into the machine causing problems. Mimaki JFX200-2513 is displaying system error UV Lamp Temp High _2. The right side UV lamp is over heating. Inspection found the coolant circulating very slow, the radiators filthy, and some kind of buildup in the coolant. The Radiators were cleaned, the coolant lines were flushed, the coolant box sludge cleaned out, and the coolant pump replaced. The machine is up and making money!

Work on a HP Latex 700W today, customer says that they are having problems loading media and getting media jams. Inspection found the profiles needed adjustment, the machine needs a cleaning and lubrication. The y-axis belt is wearing prematurely because there was some debris in the pulley, the cleaning took care of that.

Repaired a Ioline Flexjet marker plotter today. The machine would not turn on. It was diagnosed that the main pca is bad. The main pca was replaced and configured. The 72" wide marker plotter is up an running.
